Pay Rate:

$118,400 - $157,800

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

The 80/20 Business System Sustain Leader is responsible for embedding and sustaining the principles of the 80/20 business methodology across the organization. This individual will champion continuous improvement, simplify business processes, and drive margin and growth improvements by focusing resources on the most impactful customers, products, and processes. The role is highly collaborative and requires strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and change agent for the 80/20 business philosophy.
  • Lead efforts to segment customers, products, and processes using the 80/20 framework and drive targeted strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with region business leaders to identify and execute simplification projects that eliminate complexity and improve profitability.
  • Train teams on 80/20 business systems that directly impact key strategic pillars
  • Over=serving 80s customers
  • Operating low-cost businesses
  • Driving for profitable supply position growth
  • Develop and deploy tools and training to build organizational capability in 80/20 thinking and execution.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of 80/20 initiatives.
  • Ensure sustainability of 80/20 principles by embedding them into strategic planning and daily operations.
  • Drive alignment between business units and corporate leadership to ensure consistency and scalability of 80/20 practices.
  • Monitor and communicate progress of 80/20 initiatives, including success stories and lessons learned.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to leaders and team members involved in 80/20 projects.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business improvement roles, preferably in a matrixed or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead change and implement new business strategies, with a strong interest in adopting and advancing the 80/20 methodology within a developing framework.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
