The Field Service Process Specialist/Trainer is a key member of the Barry-Wehmiller Field Service team, specializing in customer training, process support, and optimization of corrugated finishing equipment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys working directly with customers, supporting long-term equipment performance, and helping teams operate more effectively. This position acts as a trainer, coach, and process expert—helping customers ramp up operations, improve equipment usage, and build confidence with our machines.

Serve as an on-site subject matter expert and trainer for operators and maintenance teams on Marquip/Ward corrugated equipment.

Develop and deliver customized training programs during installations, ramp-ups, and post-install support phases.

Monitor and assess equipment performance, making process recommendations to improve uptime and operational efficiency.

Provide hands-on assistance in solving non-routine operational issues—including process bottlenecks, operator errors, or maintenance gaps.

Act as a liaison between the customer site and Barry-Wehmiller service, engineering, and support teams to ensure timely communication and resolution.

Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), operator guides, and troubleshooting tips based on real-world customer needs.
