$ 22.72 + shift premiums
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months

The Job You Will Perform:
- *We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to
- progress within the company - we promote from within our organization
- *Verify product meets quality standards by visual inspection as well as using a
- tape measure to verify size of product within a 16th of an inch
- *Verify material is correctly stacked, wrapped with dunnage, banded and tagged
- for shipping
- *Perform housekeeping and machine cleaning as required
- *Ability to properly communicate with teammates, maintenance and management
- on machine performance or other concerns
- *This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples
- include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather
- conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)
Basic Requirements:
- Must know how to properly read a tape measure
- High School Education or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 Years’ experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to work standing for full shift and sometimes walking on a roller system
- Must be able to work any shift - currently hiring for 2nd shift
- Individuals must be willing to work overtime and as required weekends
- Applicants will be required to pass pre-employment skills testing, post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
