Description

MM Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liner Sales Manager to join our recently formed US team, responsible for the dynamic and long-term growth of several packaging and paper grades in this market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for our liner business in the North American market. The Liner Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director MM Board and Paper USA and will work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the liner business in North America
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with potential customers
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Maintain CRM customer opportunity and activity database
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Managing Director
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent MM Group and promote our liner business

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in liner sales/business development in the North American market
  • Technical knowledge of Containerboard grades, printing and converting
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
